Ralston Cellars is one of the earliest projects I did for BCIT’s Technical Web Design program. We were tasked with creating a three-page brochure website for a fictional business. For my project, I decided to create a brochure website for a fictional winery located somewhere in BC.
My original goal for this redesign was to make the old version responsive. But then I decided to challenge myself further by redesigning it to be cleaner and more modern. I also wanted to incorporate a cooler colour palette than what I typically use in my personal projects. Ultimately, I ended up building a completely new site that was responsive and more modern looking. As with the old design, there are still a lot of opportunities to showcase the winery’s personality and breathtaking views.
